A: The best way to book your sightseeing tour is online at roamwales.com. Alternatively, you can book via a local Tourist Information Office or at a selection of South Wales' leading hotels.
Q: How do I make payment?
A: You can pay for your sightseeing tour on our website via PayPal. ( You do not need your own Paypal account to book )
Q: How soon can I book?
A: You can book up to 12 months in advance. Choose tour, click Book Now, Make Payment!
Q: Do you cater for the less abled passenger?
A: Yes. Walking Canes/Wheelchairs are available on request. Tell us your requirements when booking and we will do our best to help.
Q: Are your tours suitable for children?
A: Our tours are suitable for children aged 8 and upwards. Children of all ages are accepted on our Private Tours.
Q: What do I get for my money?
A: Transport with Convenient collection/return points, Driver/Guide and the Wonders of Wales. Refreshments & Admission charges are not included.
Q: Can I make a group booking?
A: Yes but please enquire before you book as you may qualify for a price discount.
Q: Do you cater for the single traveller ?
A: Yes, we welcome the single traveller as much as the group traveller, however our scheduled tours are subject to a minimum of 2 people per tour. * ** Minimum Number does not apply to our Private Tours **
Q: Can we request a collection from our accommodation?
A: All our tours depart from a convenient location in Cardiff City Centre. If you require a different collection point you need our Private Tour service. See our website for more details.
Q: Where do I join the tour?
A: All our tours depart from outside the front of City United Reforme Church, Windsor Place, Cardiff City Centre. Please see website for details & map. *Please note we are not partnered or affiliated with the City United Reformed Church in any way.
Q: Can I bring my luggage?
A: Hand luggage only is acceptable unless you have booked a Private Tour.
Q: Am I expected to tip the driver?
A: This is a decision for yourself, acknowledgement of a satisfied customer is always appreciated.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our office hours are Mon - Fri, 10am - 4pm. If we are not available please leave us a message with your contact details and we aim to respond to you within 24 hours. Preferred method of contact is email email@example.com
